TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP
These terms apply only to items purchased from my shop. They do not apply to commissioned paintings.
Dispatch
When we have received your payment, we will usually dispatch all items within 3 working days. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent 1st class using Royal Mail. We always obtain a proof of postage at the time of sending. We then send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you use for paypal payments confirming dispatch. If you haven't received an e-mail from us within 72 hours of sending payment, please check you spam bin as it contains important information.
If, once we have dispatched your order, you haven't received it within the 7 days (if you are in the UK) 7 - 10 days (for all other countries), please check with your neighbours and your local post office depot, to see if it is there, before contacting us!. As almost all missing orders turn up in these places, even if the postman hasn't left a calling card.
Once you have received your order
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Despite this, items do still occasionally get damaged whilst in the hands of the postal service. If this is the case, please e-mail us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Although we do our best to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition, occasionally a less than perfect item will slip past us. Please contact us if you aren't happy with your order, so that we can work with you to either send a replacement or refund where necessary.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy, for whatever reason, you can return your purchase within 7 days for a no quibbles refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging .with your name and address inside. Proof of postage must be obtained from the post office, because we cannot refund without proof that you sent it. Shipping costs are not refundable.
